Physical Products

Because all physical products are made to order, returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size, or wrong color are not accepted. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you can request a free reshipment or a refund within 30 days of the delivery date (or the estimated delivery date, for packages that never arrived).
